Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 10 August 2026
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SendNex website and, once available, the SendNex mobile application and money-transfer features. By accessing or using a SendNex service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
SendNex Inc. ("SendNex," "we," "us," or "our") is a U.S. company with a mailing address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
SendNex is registered with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) as a Money Services Business (MSB Registration No. 31000335820738). Our registered activity includes money transmission. FinCEN registration does not imply endorsement by FinCEN or authorization to operate in every state. Services are available only where permitted by law, and additional partner terms may apply.
1. Website and launch information
Parts of this website describe planned services or display indicative availability. A country, currency, delivery method, feature, or launch date shown on the website is not a guarantee that it is currently available. The live calculator and application will show the corridors and services available at the time of use.
Calculator results are estimates until a final quote is issued. A displayed rate may expire or change before you confirm a transfer.
2. Eligibility and account responsibilities
To use transactional services, you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a contract, and access SendNex from a supported location. You must provide complete and accurate information and use your account only for yourself unless we expressly agree otherwise.
- Complete identity, address, source-of-funds, or other checks reasonably required by SendNex or a regulated partner.
- Keep your password, device access, and verification codes secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
- Keep your account and contact information current.
- Do not allow another person to operate your account or create an account using false or misleading information.
3. Quotes, fees, and exchange rates
Before you authorize a transfer, the service will show the send amount, recipient amount, exchange rate, fees, delivery method, and an estimated delivery time. You are responsible for reviewing the quote and recipient details carefully.
Exchange rates and fees may vary by corridor, amount, payment method, payout method, market conditions, and partner costs. The final amount payable will be shown before confirmation. We will not add an undisclosed SendNex fee after you authorize the quoted transfer.
4. Transfers and delivery
We may delay, decline, or cancel a transfer where information is incomplete, a verification or compliance review is required, a payment fails, a recipient cannot be paid, a partner service is unavailable, or the transfer may breach law or these terms.
Delivery times are estimates. Banking hours, local holidays, network availability, recipient-provider processing, compliance checks, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. You must provide accurate recipient details; a completed payout may not be recoverable if those details were wrong.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You should contact us immediately if you want to cancel a transfer. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or payout has started. Where a refund is available, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
Fees already incurred in completing or attempting a transfer may be non-refundable where permitted by law. We will explain the amount of any eligible refund before it is processed.
6. Prohibited use
You must use SendNex only for lawful, genuine purposes.
- Do not use SendNex for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, illegal goods or services, or exploitation of another person.
- Do not use funds or payment methods you are not authorized to use.
- Do not attempt to evade limits, open duplicate accounts, interfere with security controls, scrape the service, or reverse-engineer its software.
- Do not threaten, impersonate, or provide false information to SendNex, its partners, or another user.
7. Availability, suspension, and termination
We may change, suspend, or withdraw a feature or corridor and may restrict an account where required by law, a regulator, a partner, security concerns, suspected misuse, or a breach of these terms. Where legally permitted and reasonably practical, we will provide an explanation or next steps.
8. Intellectual property
SendNex branding, website content, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to SendNex Inc. You may use them only as necessary to access the service. You may not copy, sell, modify, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by incorrect recipient information, or delay caused by third-party networks or events outside our reasonable control.
If you use SendNex as a consumer, you retain all mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
10. Complaints and contact
For support or to make a complaint, email info@sendnex.app or call +1 (240) 422-4195. Please include enough information for us to identify the issue, but never send a password, one-time verification code, or full payment-card details.
If a regulated payment partner handled the relevant service, its complaints process and escalation rights may also apply. We will identify that partner where appropriate.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when our services, partners, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means the revised terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without removing any mandatory consumer protections or rights you have under the laws that apply where you live.
